Software Engineer - UI/UX Angular

Role: Software Engineer UI/UX (Angular)
Location: Offshore – India

Notice: Immediate to 15 Days

Tech Stack: Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, AWS (S3 static hosting, CDN), AppSync and API Gateway integration, GitHub, GitHub Actions, AI-Assisted Software Development

We are looking for a Software Engineer to build and maintain Angular user interfaces and deploy them on AWS. You will work under the UI/UX Technical Lead to turn designs and requirements into responsive, accessible, well-tested screens, connect them to backend services, and take part in the full delivery cycle from development through production support.

• Develop Angular components, screens, and features from designs and acceptance criteria

• Build and deploy Angular applications in an AWS environment using S3 static hosting and a CDN

• Integrate the interface with AppSync and API Gateway services, including authentication and error handling

• Implement responsive layouts and follow usability and accessibility standards

• Write unit tests and support the Automation Engineer in building UI test coverage

• Take part in code reviews and incorporate feedback from the Technical Lead

• Troubleshoot front-end defects and support production issues

• Use GitHub and GitHub Actions to build and deploy the front end

• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to speed up coding, testing, and documentation

• Work with the Backend and Integration team to clarify API contracts and resolve integration issues

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

• 4 to 6 years of software engineering experience in front-end development

• Strong hands-on experience building Angular applications, and experience deploying them in an AWS environment (must have)

• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Working experience with S3 static hosting and CDN configuration

• Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs from an Angular application

• Experience across the full software development lifecycle: design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business-centric, process-based applications

• Working awareness of EKS, ECS, Docker, OpenShift, VPC, RDS, Security Groups, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, encryption, and Identity and Access Management (IAM); working knowledge of ECS and Terraform is a must have

• Good debugging and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Good understanding of AI/LLM models and how they can be applied to accelerate delivery, including prompt engineering

• Regular, practical use of AI development tools such as Devin AI, Cursor, and Claude Skills to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation

• Able to critically review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, accessibility, and security before committing it

• Understanding of secure and compliant AI tool usage, including never entering PHI, member data, client-specific credentials, or other sensitive information into prompts or external AI tools

• Exposure to member-facing or provider-facing portals in a healthcare environment

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

• Basic knowledge of Node.js or Python for integration work
