Summary

Develops and maintains Java-based TIS applications, microservices, and integrations using Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain TIS applications within the Core Banking environment.
Design, develop, and deploy Java-based applications using modern containerization technologies.
Build and manage Kubernetes-based containerized environments for application deployment.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and YAML configuration files.
Integrate applications with databases and enterprise systems.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
Develop integration solutions using Apache Camel.
Design, develop, and test Kafka consumers and producers, including integration testing using Embedded Kafka.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability and performance.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Java development.
Proficiency in Containerization and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and YAML configuration management.
Experience with Database Integration.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
Expertise in Apache Camel for enterprise integrations.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including consumer/producer development and Embedded Kafka integration testing.
Good understanding of Kafka Confluent Platform.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
