Venture Search is proud to partner with a rapidly growing global proprietary trading firm at the forefront of data‑driven, technology‑led market making. The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help design and build their next‑generation proprietary trading stack. You’ll work closely with traders and fellow engineers to develop high‑performance systems powering global markets. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate directly with users, gain deep domain expertise, and make a tangible impact on the firm’s success.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Ideally at least 5 years in engineering high‑performance computing or real‑time systems, you understand both the challenges and rewards.
  
• Technical expertise: Strong proficiency in C++, with a solid grasp of systems architecture and network resources.
