Salary: RM 8,000 – RM 9,000 per month

Software Engineer

Location: Bangi, Malaysia
Experience: 4+ Years
Contract: 12 Months
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with eKYC vendors on technical workshops, solution design, and implementation.

• Review technical documentation, application architecture, and deployment packages.

• Manage SIT, UAT, Production, and DR environments, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.

• Prepare and execute SIT test cases, support UAT, and troubleshoot application issues.

• Coordinate performance, penetration, DR testing, and IT security activities.

• Manage production rollout, release documentation, and implementation.

• Handle Change Requests, impact analysis, and technical specifications.

• Provide Level 2 production support and ensure application health and SLA compliance.

• Coordinate patching, capacity reviews, DR exercises, and application enhancements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Support, or Implementation.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, SIT/UAT, deployment, and troubleshooting.

• Exposure to CI/CD, environment management, and vendor coordination.

• Banking and eKYC experience will be an advantage.
