You will join an AI-native engineering environment where AI is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle and used as a core engineering capability. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with an engineering-first mindset and enjoys building secure, scalable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose solutions in a collaborative, modern delivery environment.

We will count on you to:

Direct & Leverage AI

  • Use AI as a core engineering capability across design, implementation, testing, debugging, and code review

  • Provide AI with clear specifications, context, constraints, and expected outcomes

  • Direct and orchestrate AI to support implementation activities.

  • Use AI iteratively to explore solutions, generate implementation, identify issues, and improve outcomes

  • Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply engineering judgment to accept, modify, challenge, or reject solutions

Own Technical Quality

  • Take accountability for technical quality, whether code is manually written or AI-generated

  • Review AI-generated code before accepting it

  • Verify solutions through engineering analysis, code review, automated testing, and appropriate quality controls

  • Ensure solutions follow agreed engineering standards and architectural principles

  • Address security, maintainability, performance, and reliability as part of implementation

  • Ensure delivered software is production-ready

Collaborate & Improve

  • Work closely with the Solution Analyst and other Software Engineers throughout feature delivery

  • Resolve questions and ambiguity continuously rather than relying on traditional handoffs

  • Pair test delivered functionality with the Solution Analyst against specification and acceptance criteria

  • Respond quickly to issues or gaps identified through validation

  • Continuously improve how AI is used to increase engineering effectiveness, quality, and delivery speed

  • Share learning and contribute to evolving AI-native engineering practices across the team

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years software engineering experience

  • Strong programming and software engineering fundamentals, with hands-on experience in .NET / C#

  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining production software in enterprise environments

  • Good understanding of application architecture, APIs, data structures, data modeling, and integration patterns

  • Experience with modern delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps

  • Strong understanding of source control, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices

  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess issues from a broader system perspective

  • Experience with automated testing and understanding of where different validation approaches are most effective across the software lifecycle

  • Awareness of security, performance, reliability, and observability principles

  • Ability to make sound engineering decisions independently within established architectural patterns and guardrails

  • Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, with the ability to critically review, refine, and improve AI-generated solutions

  • Strong collaboration, communication skills, and learning agility

What makes you stand out?

  • Experience building or contributing to internal tools, shared engineering capabilities, automation frameworks, or developer productivity solutions

  • Experience with Python (tooling, scripting, automation, integration, workflow orchestration)

  • Exposure to AI-enabled integrations, copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent engineering tools

Why join our team:
