You’ll design and maintain automation solutions across contact centre platforms and integrations, working with engineers, platform specialists, vendors and stakeholders to improve quality and reduce delivery risk.
What you’ll be doing\nBuild and maintain automated functional, API, integration, regression and end-to-end tests.
\nEmbed testing into CI/CD pipelines and support shift-left practices.
\nReview requirements, identify quality risks and support release readiness.
\nInvestigate defects and contribute to continuous improvement.
What will you bring?\nExperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and contact centre environments.
\nStrong automation testing experience across API, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
\nGood understanding of quality engineering, CI/CD, DevOps and Agile delivery.
\nKnowledge of software development principles and at least one modern programming language.
\nStrong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have\nExperience with CCaaS, PureCloud, IVR or telephony solutions.
\nExperience with tools such as Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jenkins or CloudBees.
\nExperience with Java, Spring Boot, Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, Kubernetes or cloud-native environments.
\nExperience in banking, financial services or another regulated industry.
