Experteer Overview In this role you build software for Williams Racing's Engineering and Operations teams, working on state-of-the-art simulations, real-time data, and bespoke analysis tools. You'll contribute to a cross-functional software development group spanning Aerodynamics, Vehicle Dynamics and Vehicle Performance, using a mix of desktop, web, and backend services. You'll help scale systems, improve reliability, and support race weekend needs, with cloud-native and data platform initiatives shaping the pace of the team. You'll collaborate across groups to deliver impactful software that powers on-track performance. Pay / Benefits

- Research, build, and roll out new tools for users and colleagues
- Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of existing systems
- Collaborate with other tech groups to expand data platform and services
- Streamline development processes to deliver more value to users
- Provide support for applications during race weekends as needed
- Contribute to visualization and data tooling for various use cases
- Leverage AI and agentic development tools to build specialist visualization components
- Tasks
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with software development, testing and CI in languages such as C#, Go, Java, C++, Python or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps
- Collaborative and curious approach to solving technical problems
- Ability to work across teams and disciplines
- Comfort with changing priorities and rapid learning of new technologies
