- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with C#/.NET or Rust.
- Knowledge of backend development, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- React or Angular experience.
- AI/ML integration experience.
- Financial services or market data knowledge.
- Experience with Kafka, Solace, or IBM MQ.
