Software Engineer

Job Function
- Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and daily administration of enterprise application systems to ensure stable system performance.
- Analyze and resolve system anomalies, production environment issues, and user-reported incidents; conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Support requirement gathering, requirement analysis, system impact assessment, and solution planning.
- Coordinate system testing, version deployment, production environment verification, and go-live support.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, QA, and business units.
- Assist with system requirement analysis, functional assessment, and change management to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Track the progress of system issue resolution and coordinate with relevant teams to complete fixes and system improvements.
- Leverage AI tools to support requirement analysis, issue troubleshooting, and overall work efficiency.
Education & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / computer engineering / information technology related field, or IT equivalent.
- 1–3 years of relevant software development working experience.
- Hands-on development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL and version control using GIT.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, GIT, and MSSQL.
- Self-motivated, a good team player, with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Good analytical and trouble-shooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of warehousing / logistics business logic (e.g. FIFO, LOT control).
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Gemini).
- System analysis (SA) / requirement analysis experience, including direct user interviews.
- Database performance optimization experience (e.g. index design).
