Software Engineer

基本要求

• 熟悉 Java、Spring Boot 或其他主流后端开发技术；
• 具备良好的模块设计、接口设计和服务开发能力；
• 有第三方 API、SaaS 平台、开放平台或系统集成经验；
• 能理解产品需求，并转化为可靠、可维护的工程方案；
• 重视代码质量、测试覆盖、系统稳定性和长期维护；
• 沟通协作能力良好，能主动推进跨团队事项闭环。

加分项

• 熟悉 OAuth、JWT、Webhook、Polling、异步消息或事件驱动架构；
• 有 Connectors、SDK、API Gateway 或开放平台开发经验；
• 了解多租户、权限隔离、限流、重试、监控和故障恢复；
• 了解 MCP、A2A、Tool Calling 或 AI Agent 相关技术；
• 有 AI Agent 开发经验者优先；
• 有 Python 或其他后端语言经验；
• 有使用 Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 编程工具提升研发效率的经验。

不要求一开始就熟悉所有第三方服务或 AI 协议。我们更看重扎实的工程基础、对产品需求的理解，以及持续学习、解决复杂接入场景的能力。
