As the Automation & DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Drive improvements in Requirements Management processes and traceability throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain requirements, design, verification, and validation baselines.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards including DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754A, and EN9100.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and associated toolsets.
- Develop and support Agile development practices including continuous integration, testing, delivery, and deployment.
- Manage and enhance Jira workflows, reporting systems, and engineering dashboards.
- Administer and maintain user authentication systems, including LDAP environments.
- Collaborate with global teams on infrastructure and cloud deployment initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise automation scripts and engineering tool integrations.
- Support migration from legacy systems and contribute to cybersecurity compliance initiatives.
- Identify and implement new technologies that improve engineering productivity and development processes.
- BEng in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Honours or Master's Degree would be advantageous.
- 10 years Experience within a software, systems engineering, or product development environment.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Continuous Integration methodologies.
- Experience in highly regulated or safety-critical industries will be advantageous.
