Software Engineering & DevOps Centre of Excellence Lead

The Software Engineering and DevOps Centre ofExcellence Lead (CoE Lead) holds a key leadership position responsible for bridgingthe gap between application development and operational reliability. An individualin this role leads efforts spanning software development standards,infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and software supply chain (SSC) automation. As amember of the CTO Area, is responsible for governing the standards andoperational implementation of those for supported delivery teams. As CoE Lead,leveraging expertise in SDLC and infrastructure drives continuous improvementin both areas.

As the Centre of Excellence Lead for SoftwareEngineering and DevOps disciplines, you will be part of the CoE within the CTOArea. Centre of Excellence (CoE)is a team of practitioners helping peers succeed by:

• Providing methods andstreamlining the SDLC, assessing external tools or participating in the elaborationof in-house shared tools, promoting standards for the SDLC
• Offering hands-onengagement in the software development process as well as peer reviews at anystage
• Helping solve complexcross-team challenges
• Promoting sharedlearning and best practice
• Actively participating in the activities of thedelivery (product) teams
