Requirements: 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience in a full-time or equivalent role; strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language and its ecosystem; the ability to independently scope, implement and deliver features or fixes; a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and system design; and a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred: experience across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs or infrastructure), familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions, exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure, and open-source or personal software projects.
