Software Engineering Intern
Summary
Six-month paid software engineering internship in Experian's Ascend Design Studio in Cyberjaya, Malaysia (hybrid). The intern builds and tests application features, collaborates with engineers, designers and product teams, and joins Agile activities, code reviews, and debugging, using languages like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js or Python.
Join Ascend Design Studio as a Software Engineering Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience building and testing software solutions while collaborating with engineers, architects, QA specialists, designers, and product teams.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You will be developing and test application features using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Participate in Agile development activities.
- Perform testing, debugging, documentation, and participate in code reviews.
- Reporting to Software Engineering Director
What We're Looking For:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, TypeScriot, Node.js or Python).
- Understanding of software development fundamentals with exposure in APIs development or software solutions through hackathons, coursework or projects.
