Software Engineering Intern (Green Bay, WI)

Job Summary:
This role involves assisting Nsight's Software Engineering team with a variety of projects, focusing on developing business solutions using technologies such as C#.NET, Java, Jakarta EE, and WildFly. The intern will participate in design discussions, code, test software, and take direction from senior engineers. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field and must be based in the Green Bay area for the duration of the internship.
This is an on-premise position located in Green Bay, we do not offer any relocation reimbursements.
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Assist in developing business solutions using C#.NET, Java, Jakarta EE, WildFly, and other technologies.
• Participate in design discussions with the software engineering team.
• Code, test, and debug software tasks as assigned by senior engineers.
• Follow guidance from Sr. Software Engineers or the Manager of Software Engineering.
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed to support ongoing projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn technologies such as C#.NET, Java, and Jakarta EE.
• Background or experience in telecommunications or electronics preferred.
• Must be located in the Green Bay area during the internship (no sponsorship offered).
