Key Responsibilities
Assist in testing system enhancements and new features in HRIS and CRM platforms.
Document test results, bugs, and system issues for resolution.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining system data accuracy.
Coordinate with the Systems Automation team in identifying and reporting system improvements.
Help prepare test cases, user guides, and system documentation.
Provide basic support for system-related concerns and inquiries.
Perform other administrative and technical tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related IT/Computer Studies course.
Must be able to render at least 400 or more internship hours.
Familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of software testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
