Duties

• Build practical engineering processes, workflows and delivery systems from the ground up

• Lead daily engineering operations, priorities, workload planning, stand-ups and career development

• Review code, oversee releases and deployments, and ensure solutions meet quality standards

• Guide software architecture and technical design, keeping integrations practical, secure and well documented

• Champion agentic coding and AI-driven development practices across the software development process

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering production software

• Experience leading or mentoring engineers and managing offshore or distributed teams

• Strong commitment to agentic coding and AI-driven development using AI coding agents

• Strong communication skills to explain technical decisions and trade-offs clearly

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Node.js, TypeScript, React and PostgreSQL
