Software Engineering Manager (C# / Azure)

Salary: 150-200k THB

An exciting opportunity has opened with a fast-growing international technology company building sophisticated enterprise software used by financial-services organisations globally.

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who combines strong people leadership with genuine technical depth. This is not a purely managerial role — you’ll lead and develop a talented engineering team while remaining close to the technology, architecture and Product.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 5–10 Software Engineers.
• Remain technically involved through code reviews, architecture reviews and system design.
• Help engineers solve difficult technical and production problems.
• Work closely with Product from early requirements through to production delivery.
• Challenge technical solutions and propose simpler, scalable approaches.
• Improve engineering standards across code quality, testing, APIs, CI/CD, reliability and security.
• Partner with QA and client-facing teams on complex Product and integration requirements.
• Improve delivery predictability while maintaining strong technical quality.
• Encourage effective use of AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, testing and documentation.
• Develop engineers' technical judgment, ownership and problem-solving capabilities.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience, including Engineering leadership.
• Experience leading approximately 5–10 engineers.
• Strong hands-on Software Engineering background.
• Comfortable reviewing and working with C#/.NET code.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases and cloud-based systems.
• Experience with Azure, SQL, Angular or MongoDB would be advantageous.
• Background in B2B SaaS, FinTech, financial software, ERP or other complex enterprise platforms is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working closely with Product and challenging technical decisions constructively.
• Strong interest in AI and modern software-development tools.
• Professionally fluent in Thai and English.
