• Lead by example, exceed expectations and go above and beyond
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 3 or more years of experience in leading people and software engineering teams
• A natural ability to inspire and motivate
• Demonstrated experience in driving the adoption of AI tools (CoPilot, Claude) to optimize engineering processes and team performance
• Knowledge of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC)
• Drive for continual learning
• Mastery in any programming language (C++, C#, TypeScript, …)
• Passionate about CI/CD and release trains, delivering a regular cadence of features and quality improvements
• Track record of your teams delivering on time
• Exposure to Scrum or other Agile frameworks
