- Minimum 7 level of education: Master's degree
- English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
- Possession of at least 2 internationally recognized certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA), or accepted equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of software architecture design for complex, distributed systems
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on experience with backend and/or frontend development using technologies such as .NET, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD strategy, platform design, container technologies, orchestration, and platform engineering concepts
- Proven ability to act as a technical leader and influence teams without direct managerial authority
- Ability to define and communicate architecture vision and technical strategy
- Ability to evaluate technical risks and make high-impact architectural decisions
- Experience in mentoring senior engineers, development leads, technical leaders, and architects
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of software architecture styles and patterns
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Experience in modelling systems using ArchiMate notation
