Software/Firmware Verification Manager

1.Lead and manage the software verification team, including resource planning, performance management, mentoring, and talent development.
2.Define verification strategies, test plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
3.Establish and continuously improve verification processes, testing methodologies, and quality standards.
4.Drive test automation initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
5.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
6.Lead defect management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and verification closure.
7.Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and Program Management teams.
8.Support customer issue investigations and post-release quality improvement activities.
9.Participate in technical reviews and customer meetings related to product quality and verification.
