Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Integration Engineer III to join our team!
This Software Integration Engineer will support the CASA Compute Environment (CCE) SaaS team and its mission services — a catalog of containerized services that customers provision and access on demand inside a Kubernetes cluster. The engineer will maintain and troubleshoot containerized applications, upgrade services, help customers make the most of the CCE, and develop new software to extend CCE functionality and services.
Qualifications:
This Software Integration Engineer will support the CASA Compute Environment (CCE) SaaS team and its mission services — a catalog of containerized services that customers provision and access on demand inside a Kubernetes cluster. The engineer will maintain and troubleshoot containerized applications, upgrade services, help customers make the most of the CCE, and develop new software to extend CCE functionality and services.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI + FS Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment OR
- Five (5) years of full-time, directly related Computer Science work may be substituted for a degree, plus at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience OR
- An industry-recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute for one (1) year of experience; a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
- Experience using the Linux CLI and Linux Tools
- Experience writing Bash/PHP scripts to automate administrative tasks and workflows
- Recent software development experience using Python and Java
- Experience with IaC principles and automation tools such as Ansible
- Experience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and tools such as GitLab CI
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience creating documentation of configurations, procedures, and system changes
- Experience with Git for source code management, branching strategies, and team collaboration
Desired Skills + Experience
- Experience with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Linux environment
- Experience with interacting/training external customers
