Software Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software design, development and delivery across the full SDLC.
• Manage the core technology stack including C#, SQL Server and Azure.
• Oversee software architecture, technical design and system integration.
• Manage integrations using REST APIs, IBM MQ and IBM App Connect Enterprise.
• Coordinate development, QA, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
• Manage Agile/Hybrid delivery, project milestones and software quality.
• Establish testing, secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee Power BI reporting and dashboards using SQL Server data.
• Manage defects, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant government, security and ISO standards.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering or software management.
• Strong experience with C#, SQL Server and Azure.
• Experience in software architecture and full SDLC management.
• Experience with REST APIs, IBM MQ or IBM App Connect Enterprise.
• Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid delivery and DevSecOps.
• Experience with software testing and quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 12207 and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
