Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 + Benefits + 2-3 WFH

The Role
As a key contributor to the team, you’ll be at the heart of building, shaping, and caring for top-tier software applications. Your thoughtful eye and expertise will ensure our software delivers high quality and seamless performance.
Working side-by-side with senior engineers, you'll collaborate on engaging engineering challenges and contribute your unique perspective to the design process. You'll also help support and nurture our existing applications so they run smoothly.
The team offer a flexible 3-2 hybrid split (3 days in our welcoming Wellington office, 2 days working from home), giving you the best of both worlds: meaningful face-to-face collaboration with your teammates and dedicated time to focus at home.
What are we looking for?
This role is ideal for a .NET Developer who cares deeply about building meaningful enterprise software using the .NET stack. We anticipate you’ll have at least 4+ years of hands-on experience to thrive in this space.
Your skills and experience will ideally include:
A strong foundation in C#, MVC, Web API, .NET, PowerShell, and SQL
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and MVC Razor
Hands-on experience or familiarity with tools like AWS, Docker, Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, and Git
Broad, well-rounded full-stack development knowledge
Natural empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills
