Software Operations Specialist at BairesDev

As a Software Operations Specialist, you will oversee the quality and integrity of data within AI/ML pipelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational workflows meet rigorous accuracy standards while maintaining the efficiency of large-scale data annotation projects.

What You'll Do:

- Execute comprehensive quality assurance protocols for complex data annotation and AI/ML training sets.
- Monitor and refine operational workflows to ensure continuous alignment with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate operational feedback into the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity through meticulous attention to detail and consistent audit processes.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for process improvement and documentation updates.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff to streamline production targets.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Software Operations or Data Quality Assurance.
- Proven expertise in providing quality assurance for data annotation and AI/ML training data pipelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to strictly follow complex operational guidelines.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an operations context.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
