About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Product Manager to take ownership of the development and continuous improvement of Lumio, our software platform that enables NGOs to customise and deliver online and offline fundraising campaigns.

The successful candidate will also act as the Project Manager for projects involving Lumio, managing projects from planning through to delivery and implementation.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working across product development, software delivery and project management, and who can effectively bridge the needs of customers, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Own the product roadmap and ongoing development of Lumio.

• Gather and analyse customer and business requirements and translate them into product features.

• Define product requirements, priorities and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with software developers and UI/UX designers throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Manage product backlog and prioritise features based on business and customer needs.

• Coordinate product releases, enhancements and continuous improvement.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation.

Project Management & Delivery

• Act as Project Manager for projects involving Lumio, from initiation through to implementation and handover.

• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery priorities.

• Coordinate internal technical teams and external customers or partners.

• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders.

• Coordinate testing, deployment and implementation activities.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope and to the required quality standards.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact between customers, business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical product and technical solutions.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

• Communicate project and technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software product development or product management.

• Experience in software project management and delivery.

• Experience working closely with software development teams.

• Good understanding of web applications and the software development lifecycle.

• Experience with product requirements, roadmaps and backlog management.

• Strong project planning, coordination and documentation skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with SaaS, cloud-based platforms or web applications is an advantage.

• Experience in NGO, fundraising, e-commerce or campaign management platforms is a plus.

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
