Software Product Manager(Networking Product)【明基BenQ網通事業處】

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Manager to lead our Wi-Fi product development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the entire product lifecycle of our Wi-Fi solutions, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead a project closely related to networking products platform
2. Manage the project through the entire lifecycle (spec definition, schedule release, quality and risk controls, etc.)
3. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements
4. Identify resource constraints, mitigate potential risks, and prioritize tasks
5. Lead a cross-functional team of UI/UX, engineers, and QA professionals
6. Negotiate with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project

Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience in product/project management in related software/network industry with provable records
2. Experience effectively working with cross-functional teams
3. Technical understanding of systems and technologies behind the product
4. Fluent in English
