Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from planning through implementation to achieve project goals
- Supervise and mentor software development team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Gather and analyze user requirements to design effective technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Review system architecture, program code, and database structures to ensure quality and maintainability
- Coordinate with customers, users, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards throughout development
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to support continuous development progress
- Ensure comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing, and ongoing maintenance of software applications
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or project management roles
- Strong experience in C# and Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in software design, system architecture, and database development
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
