Software Project Leader (SWPL)

▪Acting as a leader and role-model for the sub-team being accountable for the success of the domain specific project-targets.
▪Acquisition, development, integration, and validation of the (sub-) system according to;
▪Technical and non-technical requirements
▪Specific system release plan and feature roll-out plan maturity
▪Company strategy
▪Time, scope, cost and quality targets
▪Acting as a team-member in the core-team being responsible for the successful integration of interdependent concepts
▪Acting as a key contact for the customer
▪The complete software development process from system/software requirement analysis to software integration testing
▪Compliance with the appointed dates with the OEM
▪Compliance with the planned development costs
▪Achieving optimal solutions within the whole software system with respect to costs
▪Leading the development and integration of software system while respecting the required/agreed maturity level with customer or internal stakeholders.
▪Displaying a professional attitude in situations of high pressure, and the ability to work independently are required in this position
