Software Project Specialist/Manager

我們正在招募一位具備網站系統規劃、專案追蹤、使用者行為分析與軟體文件撰寫能力的人員。此職位將協助公司規劃內部系統網站與軟體功能，整理使用者需求，追蹤開發進度，並建立清楚、可操作的軟體使用手冊與內部文件。

此角色需要能夠與主管、工程師、設計師、使用者及相關部門溝通，將業務需求轉化為清楚的功能規格、流程圖、任務清單與操作文件，確保系統開發方向正確、專案進度可追蹤、使用者能順利理解與使用系統。

工作內容
● 協助規劃內部功能網站與軟體系統功能、流程與使用情境。
● 蒐集並整理內部使用者或客戶需求，轉化為清楚的系統需求文件。
● 撰寫功能規格書、流程圖、操作流程、測試情境與需求說明。
● 與工程師、設計師及相關部門協作，確認系統開發方向與優先順序。
● 使用專案管理工具追蹤開發進度、任務狀態、問題回報與時程。
● 規劃軟體使用追蹤機制，例如使用者操作紀錄、功能使用頻率、登入紀錄或行為分析指標。
● 協助測試網站或系統功能，回報錯誤、追蹤修正狀態並確認改善結果。
● 撰寫軟體使用手冊、教育訓練文件、FAQ、內部操作指南與更新說明。
● 整理系統版本更新紀錄，協助建立標準化文件與知識庫。
● 分析使用者操作資料，提出系統優化、流程改善或功能調整建議。

We are looking for a Web System Product & Project Specialist who can support website and software system planning, project tracking, user behavior analysis, and software documentation. This role will help define system requirements, organize user needs, track development progress, and create clear user manuals and internal documentation.

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate with management, developers, designers, users, and internal teams, translating business needs into functional specifications, workflows, task lists, and operational guides. This position plays an important role in ensuring that system development stays aligned with business goals, project progress is well managed, and users can understand and operate the software effectively.

● Assist in planning website and software system features, workflows, and user scenarios.
● Collect and organize internal user or customer requirements and convert them into clear system requirement documents.
● Prepare functional specifications, process flows, user journeys, test scenarios, and requirement documentation.
● Work with developers, designers, and internal teams to clarify development direction and priorities.
● Track development progress, task status, issue reports, and project timelines using project management tools.
● Plan software usage tracking mechanisms, such as user activity logs, feature usage frequency, login records, and behavioral analytics.
● Support system testing, report bugs, follow up on fixes, and verify improvement results.
● Create software user manuals, training materials, FAQs, internal operation guides, and release notes.
● Maintain system update records and help build standardized documentation and a knowledge base.
● Analyze user behavior data and provide recommendations for system optimization, workflow improvement, or feature enhancement.
