We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software QA Analyst 2 to join our Global Business Services team. In this role, you will analyze system requirements, create test plans, execute test cases, and develop automated test scripts to ensure high quality, accuracy, and performance across complex corporate applications and manufacturing systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Testing Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Software Testing (Manual testing, API testing, test case execution).
• Automation Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Software Test Automation Frameworks.
• Language: Advanced / Fluent English (Non-negotiable. Strong oral and written communication skills are required for global interaction).

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Design & Execution: Analyze software requirements, design comprehensive test plans, write test cases, and execute test scripts for multi-complexity projects.
• Automation Development: Build, modify, and run automated test scripts to support regression and continuous testing pipelines.
• SDLC Audit & Improvement: Audit the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), identify functional defects, and consult with development engineers to recommend process improvements.
• Non-Functional Testing: Support non-functional testing activities, including performance testing and security testing basics.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of test results, generate QA metrics reports, and assist dev teams in debugging and resolution.

Technical Knowledge & Skills (Hard & Soft Skills):

• QA & Frameworks: Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies, API testing, and test automation frameworks.
• Programming Skills: Hands-on scripting/programming experience in Java or JavaScript.
• OS & Methodologies: Experience navigating Linux OS environments and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Highly self-taught, detail-oriented, adaptable, communicative, and passionate about tech continuous learning.
