• Define QA strategies and risk-based testing approaches.
• Develop and maintain test automation for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Validate software quality, performance, reliability, and system integrations.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Coach development teams on testing best practices and continuous quality improvement.
• Occasionally visit customer sites to gather feedback and understand real-world use cases.

Familiar with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular, REST APIs, SQL databases, and CI/CD environments.
