Software QA Engineer / Tester – Mobile & Web
Pass Technology is looking for a Software QA Engineer / Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality of Sanad, our AI-powered services platform.
You will test our customer mobile app, service-provider app, and web platforms, working closely with developers, designers, and product teams.
What You’ll Do
Test mobile apps and web applications.
Create and execute clear test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Test complete end-to-end user journeys.
Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps.
Test APIs and backend integrations.
Validate UI against Figma designs.
Test Arabic RTL and English LTR experiences.
Test AI/chat experiences and edge cases.
Verify fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
Work closely with developers throughout the release cycle.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
Strong understanding of QA processes and software lifecycle.
Experience testing mobile and web applications.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
Ability to write detailed test cases and bug reports.
Strong attention to UX/UI details and edge cases.
Experience with Jira or similar tools.
Basic understanding of databases and backend systems.
Automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools is a strong plus.
Experience testing AI products, marketplaces, payments, or service platforms is a plus.
