Software QA Team Lead

Salary: RM 9,000 – RM 12,000 per month

We are looking for a Senior - Lead QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience to lead test strategy, automation, and performance testing for our SaaS and white-label web products. You will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure top-notch product quality, release stability, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Design test plans for SaaS and white-label web products.

• Automation & Performance: Build automated test frameworks (Selenium/Cypress) and run load/stress tests (JMeter).

• API & Data QA: Test RESTful APIs using Postman and validate database records using SQL.

• Agile Collaboration: Join sprint planning, track bugs, and ensure smooth releases with Dev, Product, and Design teams.

• Mentorship & Quality: Improve QA processes and guide junior engineers.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years in QA working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Hands-on skills with Postman, Selenium or Cypress, and JMeter.

• Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (data validation via SQL).

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Bonus: Python scripting, SaaS platform testing, or prior mentorship experience.
