- Design and monitoring of quality processes in compliance with aviation standards (e.g., DO178, DO330)
- Ensuring software development in accordance with the process
- Participation in customer reviews and audits (e.g., AS9115)
- Conducting internal reviews and creation of quality assurance documentation and records
- Delivery of internal training on software lifecycle process and aviation standards
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Strong affinity for structured documentation and verification processes
- Completed technical degree, ideally in software development for safety-critical systems
- Professional experience in quality assurance for safety-critical software development
- Knowledge of aviation standards or comparable norms, e.g. ISO26262 (automotive, medical technology, rail)
- Knowledge of German as a plus
