Software Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will design and execute test plans, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with manual and automated testing, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans with detailed test cases based on requirements and prioritization
Documents the results, offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality.
Participating in project planning, requirements analysis and design discussions
Collaborate with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
Communicate professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization.
Flexible to engage in both Manual as well as Test Automation based on project requirements and work with cross-functional team.
Construct automation test cases for new features or projects for regression testing.
Delivers testing efforts across project and tasks under tight deadlines efficiently.
Adhere to Agile methodologies incorporated in the team.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
Ability to work independently, deliver work efficiently and effectively in a fast- paced dynamic team environment.
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Must be detail and quality oriented.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent follow-through.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
Willing to work and support in customer environment.
Experience in Financial (Banking C Insurance) or Telecommunication Industry and/or using automation testing tool is an added advantage.
