Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month

About the role

LionsBot builds autonomous cleaning robots deployed in over 30 countries. This role is the quality gate for all our software: web applications, mobile apps, PWAs, on-robot HMI and partner integrations. You build the automated tests, track the bugs and make sure every release is ready before it reaches customers.

Key responsibilities

• Release quality, with no critical bugs escaping to production

• Automated regression across web, mobile, PWA and HMI, running in CI

• Test plans and coverage for web applications, mobile apps, PWAs and HMI

• Partner integration testing: lift, gantry and smart door

• Bug tracking, triage and reporting across the team

• Release notes for every software release

• Robot availability and test setup for the Software team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or Engineering

• 1-3 years in QA, with hands-on manual and automated testing

• Automation with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Appium, using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java

• Experience testing web and mobile apps across multiple platforms and devices

• API testing with Postman or similar, and test management with Jira, QASE or TestRail

• Learns fast, adapts fast, and works independently

• Exceptional attention to detail in finding and documenting defects
