Software Quality Assurance
The Software Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the entire QA process for TBA’s software products. This role ensures that all deliverables—whether focused on Digital Transformation (DX), Extended Reality (XR), or Design-led initiatives—meet the highest standards of reliability and user experience. You will work as a core quality partner throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design reviews to final deployment. Key Responsibilities (General SQA Process)Test Planning & Strategy:
Collaborative Planning: Partner with the DX, XR, and Design teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies that align with both technical and user-centric goals.
Standardization: Assist in developing and maintaining the organizational QA framework to ensure consistent testing standards across web, mobile, and immersive platforms.
Test Design & Development:
Documentation: Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts covering functional, non-functional, and edge-case scenarios.
AI Integration: Learn and utilize AI tools to accelerate test case generation and identify complex scenarios.
Test Execution & Quality Control:
Multimodal Testing: Perform manual and automated testing across various environments, including standard digital interfaces (Web/Mobile) and spatial environments (XR).
End-to-End Verification: Validate the user journey, ensuring design integrity is maintained and technical logic functions correctly.
Performance & Stability: Conduct regression and usability testing to ensure stability across different hardware and platforms.
Defect Management & Continuous Improvement:
Issue Tracking: Log and manage defects through their lifecycle using Jira, ensuring clear communication with developers and designers for timely resolution.
Process Optimization: Participate in evaluating and improving QA workflows by adopting new tools and automation techniques.
Qualifications
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in software quality assurance. Fresh graduates who are proactive and passionate about QA are welcome.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Process Knowledge: Foundational understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
Technical Interests:
Automation: Willingness to learn or experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
Management: Familiarity with Jira, Redmine, or similar tools.
Platform Exposure: Interest in testing across Android (Meta Quest), iOS, and Web.
AI Tools: Interest in using ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to enhance productivity.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal Thai; proficient professional English.
