JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer with experience in the Insurance domain and strong skills in Tosca, PyETL, JIRA, and qTest. The role will focus on functional testing, test automation, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Experience as a Software Quality Engineer / QA Engineer / Test Engineer.
Insurance domain experience is required.
Hands-on experience with Tosca Test Automation.
Experience with PyETL for ETL/data testing.
Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect and issue tracking.
Hands-on experience with qTest for test management.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, execute, and maintain functional and automated test cases.
Develop and execute test automation using Tosca.
Perform ETL/data validation testing using PyETL.
Analyze test results and identify, document, and track defects.
Manage defects and testing activities using JIRA and qTest.
Perform regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA teams to resolve defects.
Validate applications against business and technical requirements.
Prepare test documentation, reports, and testing status updates.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
