Software Security Engineer

##### **This is what awaits you:** - You work on consulting and software development projects for clients such as AXA, BMW, Deutsche Bahn and ZDF - You design, develop and implement software solutions by applying AI methods and tools throughout the software development process (e.g. LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation and test automation) - You have experience and expertise in secure software development, so you can apply best principles and practices for secure software development, e.g. NCSC, OWASP or Mitre, in projects and adapt them to our needs - You work with modern technologies such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Spring or Vue – depending on your strengths and interests, you contribute some of these to our projects and are responsible for IT security - You design and build secure cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Azure, IONOS, Google) for the applications we develop ##### **This is what sets you apart:** - You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline - You bring in-depth, practical knowledge of software engineering and feel comfortable in both backend and frontend - You master Secure by Design, Zero Trust and other IT security principles and have already successfully applied them in complex and demanding projects - You have knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and MITRE CWE Top 25, apply these practices and avoid corresponding risks - You have experience with automation in the sense of DevOps and with integrating security tools (SAST, SCA, IAST, DAST) into it - You work independently and actively contribute to the success of your project team - You speak German fluently (at least C1 level) and English very well (at least B2) ##### **Our offer to you:** - Appreciation and collaboration on equal footing - 12 days of professional development per year - Professional exchange and knowledge transfer: 14 internal communities and networks (e.g. ML, Green IT, Architecture, IoT) - Family-friendly working hours and hybrid working with a home office component - JobRad (bike leasing), workation, sabbatical, childcare allowance, health programs and much more - Fair salary model: final compensation depends on your qualifications and prior experience ##### **This is Accso:** Accso is a digital partner for demanding, custom software solutions – with an **AI Native mindset**.
