Software Support Engineer / Application Engineer

Job Description for Software Development :

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.

- Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement new features.

- Debug and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.

- Learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Required to provide 24/7 on-call support when issues arise.

Job Description for Software Development :

- Create Job and Simulation for sales support (Cycle Time Analysis - CTA) or line proposal

- Support customer software installation (Fuji Nexim etc...)

- Troubleshooting on software related error (Onsite / Online)

- New Software introduction / Testing

- Office PC setup / maintenance or troubleshooting

- Required to provide 24/7 on-call support when issues arise.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.

- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OOP).

- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).

- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have (Optional) :

- Internship or project experience in software development.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Contributions to open-source projects.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (**Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, etc.**).

- Familiarity with web development (HTML, CSS, JS) or mobile development is a plus.
