Responsibilities:

• Supporting and maintaining Track & Trace software systems operating across several countries
• Providing application/system support and business analysis services
• Analyzing and supporting Track & Trace business processes and global projects
• Working collaboratively with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
• Supporting system operations and ensuring business continuity when required
• Working in a shift-based environment and providing support according to business and operational requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or expected graduation from an engineering faculty, preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics & Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience or strong understanding of multi-layered software architecture
• Knowledge of and/or experience with database design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Open to innovation and willing to learn, research, and contribute to R&D activities
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks without constant instruction
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to work in shifts, including flexible working hours when required by business and operational needs.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills:

• MS SQL Server and T-SQL knowledge; ability to write SQL queries on MSSQL Server is a plus
• Software development experience using Visual Studio and C#
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC development
• Active involvement in at least one full-stack project developed with C# and ASP.NET MVC
• Experience developing SOAP and RESTful services for integrations
• Knowledge and experience in database design, T-SQL, and Stored Procedures
• Commitment to producing sustainable, high-quality code in accordance with coding standards
• Proficiency in processing and using data in JSON and XML formats
• Understanding of web services, JSON, and system interfacing concepts
