Software Support Technician | Administration and Finance

About the role

At Grupo Aitana-Opentix (GS Gestión), a company specializing in business management software solutions, we are looking to hire a Software Support Administrative Technician to reinforce our team.

We are looking for a person with administrative, accounting, and financial knowledge who wants to develop their career within the technology sector, helping our clients in the use of our management solutions.

You will be part of the team in charge of providing support to our clients, helping them resolve queries and incidents related to the use of the software, especially in administrative, accounting, and billing processes.

We are not looking for a purely IT profile. We are looking for someone who understands the administrative and financial processes of a company and has the ease to learn software tools and convey that knowledge to the client.

What we're looking for

• Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, ADE, or similar.
• Knowledge of accounting, billing, and treasury.
• Good command of IT tools and ease in learning new applications.
• Ability to understand processes, analyze incidents, and seek solutions.
• Good communication and customer orientation.
• Organized, proactive person with the ability to follow up on different matters simultaneously

Nice to have

• Previous experience in administration, accounting, or treasury departments.
• Experience in user or software client support.
• Knowledge or experience with ERP or business management software.
• Having worked with accounting, billing, or management programs.
• Interest in evolving towards a functional software support/consultancy profile.
