Software Team Lead – React/Node, AWS, Mentor Engineers

Debenhams Group is seeking a Team Lead for its Software Development team in Manchester. You will guide and mentor a four-person engineering squad, balancing coding with leadership, architecture decisions, and delivery accountability.

The role focuses on React/Node.js applications running on AWS, with event-driven patterns and CI/CD. You’ll partner with the Software Development Manager to plan sprints and manage incidents, all from a central Manchester office 3 days per week.
