What you will do

In this role, you will:

· Lead, support, and coach a software development team.

· Create clarity by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating development work.

· Take an active role as technical product owner and scrum master.

· Support high standards in quality, architecture, cybersecurity, and development practices.

· Improve how the team collaborates, delivers, and builds sustainable software quality.

· Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience.

· Experience in software development, software delivery, or technical product development.

· Experience in leading teams, technical work, or development delivery.

· Understanding of agile development, backlog management, CI/CD, testing, and secure development.

· A collaborative leadership style and strong communication, prioritization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
