Software Telephone Support - Labor Area

We are looking for telephone advisors to join the support department of one of the leading software development companies for businesses, located in Hospitalet de Llobregat.

What you'll do

What will you do?

Within the support department, you will carry out the following functions:

- You will be responsible for providing telephone support to companies and professionals regarding payroll in specialized software.

- You will resolve questions and queries from users.

- You will assist the client with the program management. Don't worry! We will train you from day one.

What you'll get

-Salary of 13.64 Euros gross per hour. (2100€ gross/month)

- Temporary contract for 3 months with the possibility of extension.

How you'll work

-Part-time morning shift from 9 to 18, so you will be able to balance work with your personal life or hobbies.

Requirements

Are you ready? If you like what you have read and think this could be your next job, here is what we need from you:

- Vocational Training (CFGM or CFGS) in Administration and/or Finance or studies related to human resources.

-Knowledge of payroll and social security processing

- Experience in customer service.

- A strong willingness to learn.

- It is important that you are bilingual in Spanish/Catalan.
