Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Test Analyst to support UAT and quality assurance activities for a digital banking application. The role will focus on validating new journeys, features, releases and defect fixes, ensuring customer interactions are accurate, intuitive and aligned with business requirements and expected outcomes.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in UAT, system testing or software testing, preferably within banking or financial services;
  • Strong experience in test planning, test case design, execution and regression testing;
  • Experience validating end-to-end customer journeys and business requirements;
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience in digital banking, wealth management or customer-facing applications;
  • Exposure to conversational or content-driven digital experiences is an advantage;
  • Experience validating customer data, product information, calculations and customer-facing content;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute UAT for new journeys, features, releases and defect fixes;
  • Translate business requirements and customer journeys into test scenarios, test cases and regression packs;
  • Validate end-to-end customer journeys, including conversations, screens, content and relevant hand-offs;
  • Test responses and interactions for accuracy, consistency, tone, disclosures and appropriate escalation;
  • Validate customer data, portfolio information, calculations and product information against approved sources;
  • Identify, document and track defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence;
  • Work closely with Product, AI & Data, Technology and business teams to investigate defects and validate fixes;
  • Perform regression testing and support pilot testing, production verification and issue triage;
  • Maintain test evidence and provide quality updates and release readiness assessments.
