Software Test Engineer: Drive Quality with Rigorous Testing

Rohde & Schwarz USA, Inc. is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to review requirements, develop thorough test plans, and execute tests across software and hardware interfaces. You will create technical guidelines, track issues, verify fixes, and plan drive tests in collaboration with Product Managers and Developers.

The role emphasizes structured test design, rigorous validation, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents with Product Managers and Developers to provide feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured technical guidelines. Execute test procedures and analyze results. Detect, document and track software and/or hardware issues. Verify bug fixes. Plan and perform drive tests. Create detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
