Responsibilities

· Analyze business and functional requirements to define test scope and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

· Design, develop, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test data for web and mobile applications.

· Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

· Perform frontend (UI/UX) and backend validation, including database verification and business logic testing.

· Test RESTful APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools to validate functionality and data integrity.

· Validate application data by writing SQL queries to verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

· Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using bug tracking tools, working closely with developers through resolution.

· Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve software quality.

· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test documentation, and best practices.

Qualification & Requirement

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance (Manual Testing).

· Experience creating and executing test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

· Hands-on experience testing Web and Mobile Applications.

· Experience testing both Frontend (UI/UX) and Backend (Business Logic & Database Validation).

· Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar API testing tools.

· Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and database verification.

· Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar.

· Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect management, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Good communication skills, proactive working attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

· Fluent in Thai with the ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
