Software Tester

Responsibilities
Work closely with a cross-functional Agile team and provide testing and quality assurance expertise throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand and clarify business and system requirements.
Ensure products and solutions meet customer requirements, functional specifications, and quality standards.
Review and analyze business requirements, system specifications, and technical documentation for testing purposes.
Design and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and other relevant testing.
Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects until resolution.
Work closely with the development team to investigate issues and improve overall product quality.
Create and maintain automated testing scripts where applicable.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Junior Level: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experienced Level: 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or a related role.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and documentation skills.
Good understanding of software development and testing processes.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
Nice to Have
Experience with API Testing and tools such as Postman.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience with automated testing tools or frameworks.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, CRM, Loyalty, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
